The VJA Film Society is a co-curricular activity with the mission of exploring a wide variety of film styles and genres with the goal of fostering an interest in the rich history of cinema, both as an art form and as a popular medium. Criteria for film selection include historical importance, cultural value, genre significance, relevance to the teenage experience, dramatic interest, and other forms of artistic merit.
